Tennessee woman reports horse's hair stolen

Clip - crimetape.jpgCLARKSVILLE, TENN. May 22, 2012— This is not the first time we have heard of this and it will not be the last. Thieves will steal anything and in these recessive times not only is your horse valuable but so is their tail.

Monday afternoon the owner of a Clarksville horse called police and reported that someone broke into her barn and cut the hair from the tail of her horse.

The woman told police that she had been visiting her father when someone came onto her property on Vaughn Road and cut the hair.

Please take time to help protect your horses and equipment from theft. Sometimes a sign showing awareness is all it takes.
