What Part of....?

For those of us who "follow the rules", understanding the "why" behind those who don't can be very difficult. That really becomes difficult when it seems that these people do things that they know will land them back behind bars-and they do them anyway.

Take this trio who tried to cross the International Bridge at Sault St. Marie. United States Customs turned them back. Canadian Customs, of course, pulled them and took a much closer look and here's what they found.

1. The license plate on the car was "hot".
2. Two out of three people in the car was on probation - and just being in the car together was a violation of their probation. 
3. Three saddles, horse equipment, and tools were found in the car and identified as having been stolen in Hamilton.
4. None of the three had even a smidgen of horse knowledge. 
5. One man was not supposed to even leave Ontario as a condition of his probation.

Various charges are pending against the two men and one woman. Investigation is continuing.
