David Smith of Skiatook (right) and Toby Hall of Tulsa are cooling their heels in the Tulsa jail. It seems these light-fingered dudes decided to lighten somebody's load of worldly possessions down in Rogers County, TX. Saddles and a horse trailer (combined value = $7,500) were reported stolen.
