Allegeded horse thieves nabbed as they hitch stolen horses at TX Tractory Supply

LUFKIN, TX Friday May 25, 2012 - Dontae Moore, 20, and De’Marquez Moreland, 21, were taken into custody on theft charges Thursday afternoon after the two men were seen hitching allededly stolen horses outside Tractor Suply in Lufkin, Texas

Moore told officers the horses belonged to his uncle and he had permission to ride them when he was questioned. Moore was the man's nephew but he did not have permission to take the horses and charges were made.

Moore is not a stranger to our law enforcement with a criminal history dating back to 2008 with 20 Angelina County arrests.
