MAGNOLIA, AR (KSLA) - McCurtain County, OK deputies arrested two men Monday night, saying they had a role in the theft of five horses from Southern Arkansas University.
Sheriff Johnny Tadlock says Mickey Carter and Charles Tremmel each face a charge of possession of stolen things. They are not facing charges related to the actual theft of the horses.
