G. G. Jr. Poco Socks, aka Junior went missing from his Monkton farm. This week he was found deceased in a neighbors pool. It appears that Junior fell through the tarp on the pool.

Junior's owner Kelly Strucko originally thought he may have escaped when a tree fell on a fence in his pasture. Later it was thought that Junior had been stolen after a search of the property by a search and rescue dog determined the horse had not been at the fallen tree. It was then that the family thought Junior may have been stolen and he was reported to local authorities. The missing horse case turned into a stolen horse case.

"My heart breaks for Kelly and her family," says Debi Metcalfe, founder of Stolen Horse International / NetPosse.com.
