FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — The Fresno County Sheriff's Office says that the man who shot one of it's deputies on Tuesday is in custody.
His family members told FOX26 on Wednesday night that they are stunned.
The news is definitely coming as a shock to the family, that's why Congdon's sister wasn't ready to speak on camera with FOX26 on Wednesday night.
Deputies believe the horse was shot before the shootout between Congdon and Deputy Erickson.
