Stolen Horse International Inc., also known as NetPosse ID, is well known in the equine industry as experts in the field of horse theft education, assistance in recovering missing horses, as well as other equine equipment and equine identification.  Debi and Harold Metcalfe started the organization 22 years ago at a time when there was nothing on the internet to help them with their search after the theft of their horse, Idaho, on September 26, 1997. 

For over two decades the 501(c)(3) all-volunteer nonprofit organization,  has distributed information via their NetPosse ID Alerts (the horse community’s Amber Alert) to news media, on the Internet to hundreds of social media groups and to thousands of people in their NetPosse Network in an effort to rally the public to help a horse owner in need.

You asked NetPosse for expanded services for pets and they heard you! Now the organization is also offering equal billing to lost or stolen dogs, cats and more. While horses will always be the main focus, the organization appreciates that all pets are precious NetPosse ID now has developed services for them as well.
