Horse died in agony after being stabbed by abusers

A horse died in agony after it was stabbed in the throat by thieves who allegedly wanted to eat it. The 13-year-old horse, named Destiny, was stolen through a hole cut in a barn fence in Miami, Florida on March 26.

The owner said the horse, named Destiny, was lured from the farm west of Krome Avenue and taken down a dark road, where she was stabbed multiple times.

Two other horses were also taken from the barn and have not yet been found. Animal rescue worker believe they were stolen and slaughtered for their meat.
