Description : My horse was on loan to a local animal sanctuary owned by Cynthia Voss (convicted). I came out to visit my horse, and she was gone. I believe she was sold by sanctuary owner, which is being shut down, but she still won't tell me where my horse is. I will give a reward for the location of my horse.
