This was illegal per my attorney. She is most likely with the Hispanic community. As she is not broke and not bred, she most likely will be peddled around and sold in an auction. Her registration papers are in my name and her file has been flagged with AQHA ever since this started. The civil/criminal matter will be handled, but the welfare of my broodmare is a priority.
