Description: horse had been boarded at a farm in Culpeper, VA and owner had not been out to see horse due to a move and then in Feb. 2009, received a call from barn owner stating that the horse was given to a woman who had a farm for troubled teens. Incorrect information about the location of farm and contact info. was given to owner but with minimal information. Owner found out that horse was given to a well-known horse trader in the area. After obtaining Horse trader's phone number from an outside source, horse trader hung up on owner several times when owner tried to inquire about the whereabouts of the horse.
