Stolen Horse International, aka NetPosse.com, is a proud recipient of one of 2010's Equine Education grants presented by the North Carolina Horse Council. NetPosse.com is now using the grant to implement a new program with the NCHC for NC residents to address missing horse situations and farm crimes related to equines and agriculture.
The project will work to recruit volunteers across the state to respond to action alerts and disseminate information in order to increase visibility and awareness in both the horse and local community.
