What was happening to Blue?blue_vignetted.jpg
We were just heart sick worrying what was happening to Blue, and thinking that we might never see him again. He was sooooo gentle and easy going that few people realized he was a stallion. He trusted everyone and that made it easier for the thieves to get him to the trailer.

I think the only thing that saved those two boys was that the crooks tried to load two studs, in the spring into the same trailer. When the appaloosa stud got home he was extremely jumpy and worked up and was pulling out of our hands.

When we finally found Blue he was scared of everyone and running from everything. When he heard Bills voice he stopped short, looked around and came galloping back to him and whinnying. He sounded really happy.

Our neighbors were out looking too and had their trailer. We loaded him in it but he really didn't want to go into the strange trailer.  Bill talked him in. This from a horse that is so laid back that he would go into any trailer and go with anyone before.

I am assuming that they must have been pretty rough and used shockers on them . He was dirty and had been really sweated up at some time so he must have put up a struggle to escape.
