The horse owner was boarding 2 horses at a location. The property owner of that location gave the horses away stating that he could not contact the owner for a period of time. The horses were actually gone for a couple of months prior to the owner filing the theft report due to deception by the boarder. One horse has been located as of 09/14/2016. The mare was sold on the parking lot of "Noah Ark" livestock sale, in Hanceville, Alabama to an unknown person. That purchaser needs to come forward since he is an innocent party to this case and transaction.
