Description: Mustang Gelding was boarded, vetted, and transported by ranch in Herington, KS. for owner B Rodriguez. Gelding was to have arrived at Wild Horse Fire Brigade non-profit in Northern Ca. This never happened. Owner threatened legal action. Owner sent own transport to ranch, where Ferguson/Sueño was not found in September of 2025. Hauling company could not account for this geldings whereabouts. Also, horse's title entrusted to hauler by owner to have been delivered with Mustang to WHFB, missing from the file. There is an open ongoing criminal investigation regarding hauler with Kansas Attorney General’s office.
