Description: I rescued a 19hh Belgian Gelding and they recommended a hauler out of Kaufman, TX. He was picked up by said hauler and I received 1 photo of him. He was supposed to be delivered in 25 days. Delay after delay I started to see red flags, at that point I dug deeper and found this woman has been involved with over 200 scams that matched my experience and conversations down to the letter of those that fell into her scam of "boarding and transporting" rescue horses. After threatening to fly down to Texas I was (within minutes) informed he had suddenly passed away, with no issues prior. I then asked for proof of death via video and vet certificate and after hours of fighting I received a video of a deceased horse that was NOT mine along with a bill for a vet (that called me a nutjob when I would not provide my credit card) A "vet" that had his license revoked 7 years ago. Upon further research I found this "team" of scammers sells these horses and then milks the boarding, "vet", and "burial fees". I know my boy is out there somewhere and am praying y'all can help me find him.
