Description: This mare was purchased by me from and picked up at a kill pen to go to quarantine with someone I was paying for board and care/transport of said horse. She told me she died of pneumonia on May 14, 2021 and I asked for pictures of her body but she never sent me any. I do not believe she is dead, I think she must have sold her and tried to pass her off as dead. I desperately want to find her and I want to bring her home. Lacey is an approximately 16-year-old Quarter horse mare who stands at around 15.2 hands and she is a solid flea bitten grey color. Her registered name is Smokin' Royal Lace. She was last known to be in the Kaufman, Texas area but could be anywhere by now.
