Name: Cocoa Species: Horse Breed: Tennessee Walker Description: The stable manager and his mate/business made many offers to purchase Cocoa. The last offer was made on April 9,2001 after confrontation about the manager giving lessons on Cocoa and taking him from the stable without my permission. April 10,2001, 8:pm the manager mate/business partner came to my apt to tell me that Cocoa had dropped dead on the trail about 1:pm. The manager stated: 7 people were involved. the Render came from the other side of the city, I was told and a tractor was borrowed, to tow a dead horse from the trails and all this happened from 1pm through 8pm without anyone contacting me. I live only 10 minutes from the stable where Cocoa was boarded. When I was taken to the location Cocoa's dead body was to be picked up, there was no dead horse or any trace of a horses body. I was told by the stable manager Cocoa had been destroyed. I have investigated this story and those involved. Everyone has a different story. These people have stolen my horse.
