Description: [Horses were at a trainer’s residence in Fairmount (contact owner for name)], I saw trainer the week before thanksgiving, he dropped off hay for my other animals and informed me that everything was OK with my animals. When I tried to reach him the week after Thanksgiving I got no return calls to my numerous calls so I went up to his home at my first opportunity and found he had been evicted (his neighbors told me this) and took my horses, goats, trailers, truck, tack and equipment with him. After repeatedly trying to reach him by internet and phone, my friend checked with the Hwy 20 horse sale in Cumming GA and found out the horses had been sold in Tennessee by a man named Mark at a horse auction 2 months previous and the trainer had sold my trailer to a woman (contact owner for name).

Woman who bought my trailer knows that both horses went to auction in TN with a man named Mark and that Rogan was bought but Sapphire was not right away. A report has been filed now with Pickens County Sheriff’s office, but it is being treated as civil.
