Description: Stan was picked up by a man (contact owner directly for the name and other details) to be taken to his property in Boonville NC for retirement and personal use with the possibility of using him in a handicapped riding program if he was to be sound enough. Stan was not sold to this man. As this man left TN He was told if for any reason he no longer wanted Stan he was to return him to us. We have since learned this man was going to sell Stan. We sent a Cease and Desist letter to put him on legal notice. We tried to work out a reasonable settlement however the man only responded with astronomical fees. We have filed a complaint here in TN in the last week.
