Kayla Pevytoe 17h · 🎊🎊🎊 Justice was served today! 🎊🎊🎊 Some of ya’ll may remember the family who had Dixie and starved/neglected her? They sued another party to try to throw their neglectful actions on him and the court date was today! I knew they had no case and wasn’t worried because the “proof was in the pudding” but I’m happy to say that not only did they lose in court but they had their backsides to them! They pulled so many lies and it didn’t take long for the judge to catch those lies and the judge knew pretty quick who actually neglected Dixie which, it was proven, it was them! They even brought their vet to testify for them and that of course backfired on them. They claimed Dixie had cataracts and was going blind and that vet told the judge that he didn’t even recall looking at Dixie’s eyes! They were trying so hard to make a case and all they did was dig their hole deeper. They even brought me up stating that I slandered them, which of course never happened, but I love how they failed to mention the harassment and slander they spewed against me, my rescue, and my followers. These people once made a post saying that the truth would come out in court and that was the only truthful thing they’ve said because the truth came out! I am so happy this is finally all done and over with and we can now move on with our lives! Justice was served and Dixie is safe and sound! I couldn’t be happier!!!
