Description: Someone broke into my barn early in the morning. They unchained my paddock panels and opened them to steal my 4 wheeler. They also attempted to steal my Gator. They either tried to steal Stormy or tormented him into a panic. Having left my paddock gates open he escaped. I believe they chased him. It had rained the night before so the evidence of a chase is in the mud. Stormy spooked and ran off my well fenced property and was hit by a large vehicle. The only items at the point of impact were pieces of my horse and my dead horse in the ditch. There was no debris from the vehicle so it had been picked up by whoever hit Stormy-probably the thieves- so there is no evidence as to what hit Stormy. There have been no reports of a vehicle vs. horse accident, so someone is trying to hide. Stormy didn't die instantly and suffered greatly until he died.
