Description: STILL SEARCHING IN 2023. HAVE YOU SEEN TUFF? I noticed he was missing the evening of August 6th, 2020. Upon inspecting the fencing, we noticed someone had disconnected the barbed wire from the pipe fencing and left their pliers on the ground. His mane is shorter than in photos because he pulls it out, eating the grass on the other side of the fence. Please help bring my son's horse home.
