It seems that Oscar Pena found a new hobby-collecting mini horses. You guessed it - nobody said he could have them. Oscar is a bad boy. He was also in possession of a full size horse when located by authorities.
Sheriff's deputies have recovered and returned all four mini horses as well as the full size horse to their rightful owners. Oscar was booked into the Ventura County jail for possession of stolen property.
