This is a Federal Fugitive and Missing Child Case involving the owners of this horse. If we can locate the horse, U.S. Marshals might be able to locate the fugitives and find the missing child. Stolen Horse International, Inc. is working closely with the U.S. Marshals Service and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on this case by utilizing our resources in the equine community to help.
