Description: Horses were boarded. Owners out of state. Owners told horses died but no proof of death has been forthcoming. Stable was told not to bury the mare as a vet was coming to take tissue samples for a Necropsy. Deaths supposedly occurred 2 days apart with the gelding dying first on Dec 5 and the mare on Dec 7. Last time horses were seen by owner was Nov 1. Have reason to believe horses were sold at Auction in PA and may now be in So PA or Northern VA
