Description : (Below are excerpts from Owner's account. Contact her for more details) The horse was taken to an undisclosed location in New Holland by my estranged husband. The woman buying Grande Legacy was on her way to my farm the day the horses were moved. We had arranged for a three month trial period for her trainer and she was to evaluate the untrained horse at her expense. Buyer would provide 3 months board & training and perform a veterinary exam with the option to buy the horse at the end of the trial. My estranged husband direct the Buyer to Grande Legacy's location, but Buyer couldn't remember much about it. Buyer picked up the horse from that location, and we proceeded with our Agreement. After many delays and stalls since the 3 months expired, and the Buyer never providing me information on the location of Grande Legacy, I filed a civil suit to regain custody of the horse. I have been denied any access to my horse. I tracked down the stable where he was kept but he had been moved a week or so prior to locating this place. I have no information about where this PREMIUM Purebred Oldenburg gelding is located. Most likely near the Wilkes-Barre area and with a hunter/jumper trainer. I believe this horse is being ridden in Hunter/ Jumper divisions by a junior rider – the buyer's daughter in PA and NJ. Her daughter is possibly over 21 now and would have shown in the local shows and to the shows at Blue Rock in Quentin, PA. The pedigree of this horse is: Sire: Grande Saber (Westphalian) by Grundstein Dam Hulane KWPN (imported mare) Legacy was the VERY LAST foal by my stallion, Saber, who died a month after Legacy was born. He is a Premium rate horse with the ISR/OLD and bears the brand on his L hip. The legal proceedings are ongoing, but I need to find out where Grande Legacy is and if he's being cared for!
