Description : Breech of sales contract. Colt was taken out of state without notice, and without full payment or owner transfer. His registration papers are still with me. I was informed by a source close to the thief that my horse and a number of others were trailered to Lansing, WV. One starved TB gelding was left behind to die, but was discovered before that happened. I strongly fear for the safety and health of my colt.
