Description : This was not a theft. I am trying to locate the horse. Horse last seen in Jeffersonville, NY It was my daughter's horse but he was too much for her. I traded Spice for another horse at the barn in Jeffersonville, NY. The barn owner then returned Spice to Carl Witherall. Carl does not recall what he did with the horse. He thinks he may have taken him to an auction.
