At approx. 23:10 hours while raining suspect came to remote farm took the tractor and drove it down the road and then loaded it on a flat bed trailer and the left the scene and traveled to a neighboring County and then the vehicle was observed going South on Interstate 81. The truck pulling the stolen trailer is believed to be a late model possibly 96-99 Chevrolet Dually Green in Color, Crew Cab with a Tool Box in the Bed of the Truck.
