I sent my mare “Belle” to a trainer in northeast Oklahoma this summer. This trainer says they sold her for me on August 6, 2018. I have not received payment. I would like get more answers.
The trainer has not sent me a copy of the bill of sale after asking repeatedly. I was not provided the name of the person who supposedly bought my horse or their contact information.
The person who said they purchased my horse has come forward but I have some concerns since the information provided is questionable and does not match previous info received from the trainer.
The way this has been handled confuses us and we wonder if we are being told the truth or not. I really don’t know where my horse is located beyond a shadow of a doubt or if any of this is true. I am in search of answers and proof that Belle is okay first, and payment second. If you have any solid information on what happened with Belle, please let me know.
