Owner had to evacuate due to the hurricane, due no power, neighbors were taking care of Lizzie and when they went to feed her in the am she was gone. Animal control was not open and there were no reports of loose horses in the area. Law enforcement has been contacted and had no reports either. Lizzie has never strayed far if she has gotten out.
