Description : Original owner of Horses surrendered to caretaker before Trumbull County could seize horses. These two had been sold to lady in Ohio once caretaker received permission in Oct. 2009. The purchaser suffered a broken neck, and before she could take possession the person who surrendered horses removed these two plus several others from caretaker's property.
