Incident Details
I hired a transporter to haul my horse for my move to NC; My vet and I spoke with him in July for the move. He called me and asked if he could pick my horse up early because he had a haul in Maine and he would be in the area and it would be more convenient for him. He stated that because we weren't due to arrive and close on our home until August 4, 2017, he would hold my horse and deliver her on August 6, 2017. When I arrived in NC on August 4, 2017 I found out the barn was not up to my expectations and immediately called the transporter and hired a contractor to build new stalls. The transporter and I agreed on an August 10, 2017 delivery. Since then he has repeatedly ignored my phone calls, texts, ect. It has been one excuse after another. I was able to trick him and call from another number on August 15, 2017 and at that time he said his truck had broken down and he would deliver her the following morning. Since then he once again refuses to answer me.

Other Details: White beteen nostrils on her muzzle area and slight shadings of white on sides of muzzle area; in Croup area she has a raised lump of fat tissue; Her hair between her ears and eyes is very short
