Horse discovered missing from pasture at 1 p.m. on 31 October. The pasture fence pushed down, evidence shows that the horse loaded on waiting trailer. Tracking dog was utilized and tracked horse to an area beside the driveway to tire tracks. Kershaw County Law Enforcement is investigating.
