Re-homed a paint miniature stallion with the agreement that he would be used for stud once and then castrated and become a family pet. Now I have reason to believe the horse is not at the location that was promised. We have been told both that he was castrated and also that he is being loaned out for stud services. Not sure which is correct. I am just need to make sure he is OK and the people who last had him cannot seem verify his location.
