Description : Cheeka was running on my property which runs with the church cemetary with our other dog. The other dog came back but not Cheeka. I went to the church and saw a white SUV with 3 occupants 2 male 1 female. I asked if they saw a GSD they said no so I went down the dirt road. Due to rain and fog I had to turn back when I passed the church I saw occupants putting "something" in the back of the SUV. I tried to stop but when I applied the brakes I went into a ditch when I got out of the ditch the SUV sped down Meherrin Rd towards Rt 15 and I lost sight of the vehicle
