On May 3, 2013 "Blaze" was given out on a "Free Lease" . I constantly checked up on Blaze asking how he was doing and for pictures of Blaze. On Sept. 26, 2015 I was in the area and happened to do a home visit to check on Blaze since I had not done one before. Blaze was no one where to be found.
