Description : Scarlett was stollen from my friends home at approximately 10:30 pm on 4/22/15. She was tied up with her head so tight to her chest she couldn't move it. She had rope burns on her legs and feet. She was led approximately 1 mile away where a second witness saw her with a small Hispanic male. The witnesses started videoing him and after they passed him and turned around he let her go. She was still tied and possibly hobbled. She stood in the road and was hot and killed by a speeding driver.
