Description : Blue - blue roan quarter horse mare - was sold with signed agreement that buyer [contact Becca for name] would make payments of $100 by the 1st of each month and the agreement was not met. I told her we were coming to get the horse and she moved it, blocked all contact info, changed name [contact Becca for new name] and now police can't find her. My grandmother bought me this horse before she passed. it means a lot. since the police can't find her i need a new plan, maybe you all can help!
