Description : Two miniature horses - Rusty, bay gelding, and Sundae, tri-color pinto mare - taken from pasture by 3 men and 1 woman in 2 vehicles … The minis actually belong to Circle C Youth Ranch. It is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Westwood Lake DBA Circle C Youth Ranch. The church adopted Rusty and Sundae from the South Florida SPCA. There are some apartments on the complex and one of the residents actually talked to the men. The men that came onto the property claimed they were recovering their loose ponies. There were also some visitors on campus from our church that spoke briefly with the woman sitting in the car. She said her husband was recovering their horses.
