Description : Horse was taken without permission and was gelded and never returned. The horse was then abandoned to an old property that noone resides by family member and then an idividual called the county sherrif department and county sherrif gave in individual a phone number of a place they use to pick up estray animals. We have located our horse but now the place is wanting $1200.00 for us to pick up our stolen property.
