Description : Syd - 16 hh Palomino QH Gelding declared Stolen - My 11 year old daughter's horse was stolen within the last few days. Syd was in a winter pasture on a large ranch 42kms East of Writing On Stone Park in Aden area.
This was off of a private ranch road that is 8 km in length. The culprit would have drove 5kms of it prior to getting to the horses. Tires tracks were spotted in a gas well area but was not considered anything more than gas well staff until horse was noticed missing. Syd was last seen with the herd on Wednesday, Feb 1/12 and noticed missing in the pasture today Feb 5/12. After checking via quad and airplane he is gone!
Syd is 9 yrs old (April 27, 2003), gelded, 16.1 HH, “scaly” type scar on back left leg, and a injury to front right this past summer when he sliced his foot right above hoof (from the outside along to the back) on a piece of tin.
He also has a white blaze, snip, and star down his nose. He is considered cream by some, but he is a palomino that is a “muddy” white in the winter. No brand on him. Please call Stephanie at 403-647-3888 or 403-330-6246
