Description : Gold N Sweet is registered to Nikita and her mother (deceased). Nikita's mother told Nikita and her two grandmothers that if she were to die Gold N Sweet was her horse and that Gold N Sweet was registered in her name to make sure her father did not take the horse from Nikita. Her father refused to allow Nikita to remove Gold N Sweet from the property and moved the horse and will not tell Nikita where she is located. Nikita Smith has not signed any paperwork transferring ownership to her father. Her father demanded paperwork or he would remove Nikita from her Uncle's custody. Nikita sent him the Pinto Registration but made certified copy showing that it was unsigned by Nikita Smith. She retained the original registration from American Paint Horse Association. The American Paint Horse Association & Pinto Horse Association of America has flagged all paperwork for ownership pertaining to Gold N Sweet until the matter can be resolved. Nikita would have to sign over ownership before anyone could transfer ownership of Gold N Sweet registration.
