We moved our personal stuff back to Arizona and made arrangements with pasture owner and vet from Rockville to get the horses ready to come back with us. The people who took the horses out of pasture and put them on their property emailed us that we needed to come and get them and they were going to charge 500. each. Then they said we were not allowed on property, or representative. We had made the arrangements for someone to pick them up out of pasture 4 weeks after we had left, after the vet check/coggins and trimming. Called the sheriff to check on them. Son called us said they were just fine and at the end of the week to come and get them or they were going to sell them. 4 days later he informed us that they were sold. Because of this we have had no communication with them back there. We are seniors and we live on social security. We don't have the resources to go back and forth with this.I have raised these horses from 6 months each. They are valuable to me. Their breeding is foundation and exceptional. I need my horses but to many threats we would have a hard time going to court living in Arizona.
