Description : Trainer had Stan on consignment for over a year.Hadn't sold yet so I contacted her that I would come get him.She texted me that she gave him away.Says the people were in Ramona and moving to Sacramento.Won't give me a name/# for the people or a description. Also won't give me the day she gave him away.I'm assuming it was within the last month or so. I live out of state in Nebraska. The horse was left there to sell so I didn't have to haul him.She may have given him away but most likely sold him at an auction or to someone locally.She is refusing to provide any information to help me locate my horse. She also is asking me to keep this quiet so she doesn't look bad. I have reported it to the Ramona Sheriff's department but they won't file a report, they say it is a civil matter. I say it is theft.
