Description: Horse was free leased (signed lease) for 18mths. Lessee asked if she could move max to a friends, she didn't have enough room at the time. i said ok, but i want him back, she said anytime. I contacted her in Feb of 2010 to get my horses back and she said she sold Max and i could have the other two and she would give me one of her horses, I said i wanted my horse back. the person who has/had the horse said they love him and how much do we want for him, we said no sale. then we got the son's phone# and he said he sold the horse to Hemphills last december and they said they sold him at auction in CT but have no paper work on him.
