SEARCHING FOR HORSE Tess, Near Beaver Dam, WI, 53916NetPosse Report ID # : 1235 (1305)
Description : Searching: I was forced to sell this horse due to the death of my riding horse so I could have a horse that was already trained. I would very much like to find Tess again. If anything just to know she is ok. If she is for sale I would buy her back no matter her condition! I love this horse and miss her very much!
Timeline and Descriptions
In June/July of 1993 I was forced to trade Tess for my JD if I wanted a horse I could ride.
At the time Tess was 3 yrs. old, approx. 15.2 hh (may have matured to 16hh or more) and the color you see in the above pictures. She was a grade Appaloosa. Very well built. No special markings except for the peanut shaped marking on the end of her muzzle in her blaze. You can see it more clearly in the black and white picture.
She was traded to George Krenz and as far as I know was taken to either a Illinois or Iowa sale.
She may have been taken by Gary Steers. She may have been sold as green broke. At the time she was sound and healthy. She had the typical Appy mottled skin, eyes, stripped hooves, mane and tail. Her color may have changed over the years and either gotten darker or lighter.
She would be 14yrs. old this year. I loved this horse dearly and wish I would of never given her up.
I would very much love to find her now and know that she is ok. If she is for sale I will buy her regardless of her health, soundness, etc. She may have been difficult to handle as she really only trusted me. Please help me find Tess! Please post this link everywhere acceptable.
If you have any information regarding her please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
