Description: Horse was illegaly taken from the property, he was transported to Michigan and has been moved/sold 3 or 4 times. We have an Indiana Court Order granting ownership and stating the horse was illegally removed from our possession. We are in process of having this Indiana order domesticated and enforced in Michigan for immediate siezure, but the horse has been moved again in the meantime. The suspect is calling him "Pete" or "Petes Scootin By" AQHA has flagged his registration as stolen and non-transferable.
